29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about 9 October 2014, and at times prior thereto, nine workers were installing pieces of Hardie Plank siding where employees below were not utilizing head protection, exposing the workers to the hazard of being struck by falling materials, tools, and debris.
