29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) On or about October 7, 2014, Wimmer Roofing and Exteriors, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Amaya's Roofing (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 21.0 feet while engaged in roofing activities.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Wimmer Roofing and Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313420226, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10589 & 10559 Abilene Street, Commerce City, Co 80022.    Wimmer Roofing and Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501.(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313714412, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Crestline Place.
