29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. On or about October 2, 2014 at the Tenneco Facility in Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to serious electrical hazards in that the 480V electrical panel was blocked. Abatement certification for this item is not required.
