29 CFR 1926.651(c)(2): A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in this excavation that was greater than 4 feet (1.22 m) in depth: (a) Intersection of Taconic Parkway and St. James Pl., Great Barrington, MA: On or about October 7, 2014, an employee was working in an excavation that was more than 8 feet deep and there was no ladder or other safe means of egress located in the excavation. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
