Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access: This violation was observed on or about October 08, 2014 at a workplace, First Christian Church, located at 4202 S. Broadway Avenue, Tyler, TX 75701; where at least one (1) employee used the cross brace of a tubular welded scaffold as means of access/egress from the 3rd tier platform to the lower level.
