29 CFR 1910.1000(c): An employee(s) was exposed to Crystalline Silica as reparable quartz in excess of the 8-hour time weighted average limits of 10 mg/m3 e/ /% SiO2+2 listed in Table Z-3:     In the grinding area, an employee performing grinding was exposed to respirable dust containing 4.9% crystalline quartz at an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exceeding 10 milligram per cubic meter. The permissible exposure limit (PEL) for respirable dust containing 4.9% crystalline quartz is 1.45 milligrams per cubic meter.  The employees exposure was 3 times the PEL. Sampling was conducted for 2.69 minutes on October 15, 2014. Zero exposure as assumed for the remaining 211 minutes
