29 CFR 1917.96(a): The employer did not provide the protective equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), used to comply with this part, at no cost to employees:   a.)   Remedy Intelligent Staffing, Elizabeth River Terminal, Warehouse #3: On or about 10/02/14, employees were required to pay for hardhats, safety glasses and other personal protective equipment provided by the employer.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
