29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) Allied Roofing LLC at 3500 Swanstone Dr. #1 and #2, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before 10/2/14, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling by use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees performing roofing work to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Worksheet").
