29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the following information; Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. a) Press room - On or about 10/28/14, the employer did not ensure that containers of: 704 3M; Actega 3M 368; 714 3M white; H6 3M Actega; Actega 3M red; 3M primer; magenta Actega; and 3M black, which are respiratory irritants containing hazardous chemicals such as titanium oxide, were labeled or marked. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) Employees were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: a) Plant and office - On or about 10/15/14, where materials such as, but not limited to Ink Blaster FG which contains dipropylene glycol monomethylether and Flexocure force BW8 White which contains dipropylene glycol diacrylate are used, employees shall be informed of: 1. The requirements of this section: 2. Any operations where hazardous chemicals are present; AND 3. The location and availability of the written Hazard Communication Program, list(s) of hazardous chemicals and Safety Data Sheets. Employee training shall include at least: 1. Methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area. 2. The physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area. 3. The measures employees can take to protect themselves such as specific procedures, appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used. 4. The details of the employers Hazard Communication Program including an explanation of labeling systems, Material Safety Data Sheets and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
