29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On or about October 7, 2014, on the north side of the construction site, employees installing brick ties, worked from a pallet elevated by a Genie GTH 636 Sky Track exposing the employee to a fall and crush hazard.
