29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about October 16, 2014 at the above addressed job site, employer did not have nor implemented a written hazard communication program describing hazards associated with chemicals and corrosive materials used in the facility, exposing employees to chemical burns and eye injury that can result from coming in contact with chemicals.
