29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a.) Silverline Building Products located at 2549 Innovation Dr. Marion, OH 43302; On or about October 16, 2014, the employer did not assure employees were protected from the point of operation while using the #12 Sampson saw on Line 1200. Employees are required to use the saw to trim window pieces and are exposed to amputation hazards while operating the saw.
