29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a)  Wash Area, on or about October 17, 2014 - The employer did not provide an adequate eyewash station in an area where a corrosive material is used.  The eyewash station needs to provide a minimum of 15 minutes of flushing fluid at .4 GPM at 30 psi.  Employees use Betco Spray Foam, Foaming Degreaser to clean oil from steel and this is product is a "corrosive material."
