29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: On or about October 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a residential home. There were three circular saws, one compressor and a radio all feeding off an electrical panel which was rated for 20 amperes. This condition overloaded the panel and exposed employees to potential fire hazards.
