29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1):  Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:      (a)Benchmark Construction, Inc. at 928 7th St., Boulder, CO 80302:  On and before October 15th, 2014, the controlling employer did not ensure that the point of operation on the Bosch model 4000 table saw, was guarded at the exposed portion of the blade to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycles.  This condition exposed the subcontractor employees to the hazard of amputation while they were ripping sheets of OSB wood.
