29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about 10/17/2014, at the job site - an employee was exposed to a 13 ft fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used while walking/working on top of the building Brow (ledge) and clearing the concrete/debris materials.
