29 CFR 1910.30(a)(2): Portable dockboards were not secured in position, either by being anchored or equipped with devices which would prevent their slipping:     On or about October 1, 2014, employees rolling All Purpose Carts from/to a freight truck and the facility dock by using a Magliner (VR2539082) portable dockboard were exposed to the hazard of falling and being struck in that the portable dockboard was not secured in position or otherwise prevented from slipping.
