29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: This violation occurred on or about October 28, 2014, in the welding department, the employer did not make audiometric testing available to employees whose noise exposure exceeded an 8-hour time weighted average of 85 decibels. Noise sampling was performed for 463 minutes indicating that employee(s) was exposed to continuous noise level at 74% noise dose which is equivalent to approximately 88 dBA. Zero exposure was assumed for the 17 minutes not sampled.
