29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation, Gainesville, GA - An employee working at T2, station 10 was exposed to noise levels of 95.5 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 479 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 10/22/14. b) Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation, Gainesville, GA - An employee working at weld shop wire wheel, was exposed to noise levels of 91.6 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 490 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 10/22/14. c) Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation, Gainesville, GA - An employee working on deck line, station 7 was exposed to noise levels of 90.5 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 479 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 10/22/14.
