29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. Employees were roofing a low-slope commercial structure while not using adequate fall protection systems. Potential fall height was measured to be 11'-3" and the roof pitch was determined to be a flat roof. The Ray St. Clair Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989178, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3726 Hanley Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45247.
