29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Eastside of the hotel - On or about October 20, 2014, personal fall protection equipment was not worn by an employee cleaning the exterior side of the hotel windows while working from a JLG (model 450AJ) articulating boom lift, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet onto concrete ground.
