29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material was not stored in a manner that it did not create a hazard: (a) Jobsite, PLHC Well Pad, 404 Turkey Hollow Road, Waynesburg, PA: On or about October 14, 2014, a rig mat which was standing up (on its side) was not adequately secured. This rig mat fell over and struck an employee.
