29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about October 14, 2014 and at times prior, employees of All-Pro Construction (sub-contractor) were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet. The employer did not conduct a safety inspection of the job site prior to the employees working on the roof.
