29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 3975 I-55 North in Jackson, MS - On or about October 17, 2014, employees moved from one roof to another section and were removing the old shingles without attaching lifelines to their harnesses before continuing to work.
