29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Edin Argeta @ 8123 E. 34th Ave in Denver, CO 80238: On and before October 9, 2014 the employer did not ensure employees conducting roofing operations on a 7 in 12 pitched residential roof were protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system. Several employees were observed working on different levels of the house without the use of a personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards in excess of six feet.
