29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Starboard Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ: On or about 10/21/2014 two employees of Percue Construction were observed sheathing the roof of a multi-story new construction residence. The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 22 feet.
