29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard:    On or about October 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees used traffic signs while moving equipment from on-street parking to the work area. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by traffic.

29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition), which are incorporated by reference in ��1926.200(g)(2):  On or about October 22, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees used high visibility vests to indicate employees working in the closed traffic lane. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by vehicular traffic.
