29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format. a.) Norfolk Naval Base, Bachelor Quarters: On or about 10/16/14, the employer did not train employees that use paints and other hazardous chemicals in the workplace on the new labels received on shipped container and safety data sheets. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
