29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): The direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, signs were posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. However, the line-of-sight to an exit sign was not clearly visible at all times. a) Anthropologie, at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, the exit sign on an exit route in the mezzanine level was obstructed by merchandise racks. The employer did not ensure that the exit sign was clearly visible. The condition was noted on or about October 17, 2014. Employees were provided with 3M half face tight fit respirators with organic vapors filters. The employer did not establish a respiratory protection program.
