29 CFR 1926.502(e)(2): Positioning devices were not secured to an anchorage capable of supporting at least twice the potential impact load of an employee's fall or 3,000 pounds (13.3 kN), whichever was greater:  510 Ridgewood Avenue, Glen Ridge, NJ  Employees performing roof repair on low slope and steep roof surfaces approximately 20 feet  from grade attempted to use a positioning device system with a lifeline nailed into roof ridge and rafter lumber with 10 to 20 nails.  This method does not provide an impact load strength of 3000 pounds.   Violation observed on or about 10-21-14
