29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an elevated aerial lift:     a) Front of facility located at 4001 McIntosh Place, Newnan, Georgia. An employee, in the elevated aerial lift basket, approximately 32-feet above ground level, was wearing full body harness as part of a personal fall arrest system. However, the employee was not tied off while working in the elevated basket. A lanyard was not attached from the full body harness to either the boom or the platform of the lift.
