29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards: a) Meridian Crossing, 700 Roger Chaffee Square, Bear, DE 19701 - Employees exposed to falls of greater than 11 feet were not trained. Condition identified on or about July 14, 2014. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification and documentation, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Meridian Crossing (Unit 725), 700 Roger Chaffee Square, Bear, DE 19701 - An employee working along the leading edge of the second floor balcony, approximately 11 feet above the ground, was not protected from a fall hazard. Condition identified on or about July 14, 2014. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification and documentation, required within 10 days after abatement date.
