29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws: On or about October 20, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the 25 foot orange extension cord was connected to devices and fitting so that strain relief was provided, the cord was used to supply power to the oven calibration system had the outer sheathing pulled away from the plug end.
