(a) Roof, new residential construction located at 1115 Jasmine Green Trail SW, Marietta, GA 30064: Employee using a pneumatic Hitachi (Model NR83A-S1) Framing Nail Gun was not protected from eye injuries while installing 1/2-inch OSB plywood sheathing with no safety glasses or goggles. The pneumatic tool was firing 7d plastic collated strip nails at 120 PSI which exposed the operator to flying debris and fasteners.   Juan Plasencia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947934, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/17/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #26 Glenn Park Walking Trail Court, Marietta, GA 30065.
