29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: JOB SITE: 4430-4450 El Paulo Court, Oakville, MO 63129, on or about 10/22/2014, a worker was observed on top and on the east side of the apartment building, with his back facing away from the edge of the roof, actively working on an air conditioning unit, approximately 16 feet 7 inches eave to ground level, and was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. The worker was exposed to a fall hazard.

The worker was exposed to a fall hazard.
