29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Instance a. Shop Building - On or about October 20, 2014, the green air compressor's electrical emergency disconnect was blocked and not made accessible during emergency or maintenance events. Instance b. Shop Building - On or about October 20, 2014, the electrical service panel for the building was blocked and not made accessible during emergency or maintenance events. Instance c. Shop Building - On or about October 20, 2014, the alligator metal shear cutting machine's electrical emergency disconnect was blocked and not made accessible during emergency or maintenance events.
