Snellville Double Drive-In, LLC dba Checkers Restaurant was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921302, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on December 26, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Tucker Double Drive-In, LLC dba Checkers Restaurant, 4270 LaVista Road, Store Number 1082, Tucker, GA 30084.
