29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a.  Store Number 1134, 1947 Scenic Highway, Snellville, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard.  The portable fire extinguishers were located out of employees view and hidden large bins of food crates and other store equipment, making it difficult to access in the event of an emergency, on or about 10/21/14.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:   a.  Store Number 1134, 1947 Scenic Highway, Snellville, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to electrical hazard, energized 700V/1 amp electrical transformer which is a power source to the window illuminated signs was not properly enclosed, exposing live, bare wires, on or about 10/21/14.  Snellville Double Drive-In, LLC dba Checkers Restaurant was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921302, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on December 26, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Tucker Double Drive-In, LLC dba Checkers Restaurant, 4270 LaVista Road, Store Number 1082, Tucker, GA 30084.
