29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons were not adequately trained to render First Aid nor were adequate first aid supplies readily available: On or about October 19, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees working in a remote area were trained to render first aid to an injured employee nor were first aid supplies readily available. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
