29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the jobsite located at 2921 SW Wanamaker Dr., Topeka, KS,. Employees engaged in roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft. from the roof's eave to the ground below in that fall protection was provided.
