Worksite located at 601 NE 70th Street, Gladstone, Missouri- Employee was observed working directly beneath an employee who was attempting to hoist equipment to the third level and was not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite locate at 601 NE 70th Street, Gladstone, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard when he opened a door and was attempting to hoist the insulation hose through this doorway and was not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
