29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i)(B): The employer did not make medical surveillance available at no cost to the employee, and at a reasonable time and place, for all employees who are experiencing signs or symptoms of the adverse health effects associated with chromium (VI) exposure: An employee who experienced symptoms related to Chromium exposure was not reimbursed for the costs he paid for medical evaluations, tests, medications and other treatment related to his exposure. Note: Firestone Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965105, citation number 1, item number item 4d (modified in settlement from citation 1 item 5) and was affirmed as a final order on 8/22/14, with respect to a workplace located at this site.
