29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift: (a). Worksite located at 601 NE 70th Street, Gladstone, Missouri- Employees were not utilizing fall protection while working in an aerial lift. One employee had his lanyard tied to his harness while the other employee was not wearing a lanyard.
