29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) South Side of Job Trailer - On or about October 21, 2014 employees were exposed to a 32 inch fall hazard while using a set of fiberglass stairs to access the job trailer and they were not protected by a stairrail system on an open side.
