29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) On or about October 2, 2014, Storm Guard Roofing, DBA Storm Guard Restoration, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure that employees of GT Tile Loading and Juan Lopez, subcontractors, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  Storm Guard Restoration, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314657800, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 15346 East 101 Place, Commerce City, CO 80022.  Storm Guard Roofing, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3134155077, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 303 Red Cross Way, Denver, CO 80220.
