29 CFR 1910.38(a): The employer did not establish a written emergency evacuation plan for employees expected to evacuate in the event of a fire or other emergency. On or about October 23, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide employees an emergency action plan in the event of fire, anhydrous ammonia leaks or other emergency exposing the employees to burn and inhalation hazards.
