The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898610 citation 1, item 2d, issued on February 17, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.  The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898636 citation 1, item 2b, issued on February 14, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.  The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898602 citation 1, item 2b, issued on February 17, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.
