29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) Second floor top plate of lot # 96, Saddle Horse Lane, Hiram, GA: Employees installing 1/2" OSB sheathing, joists, trusses and related materials at a height of approximately 19 feet were not provided with a fall protection system.
