29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Location: 537 Sappington Barracks Drive, St. Louis, MO  63125  Employees were performing residential roofing activities without the use of any fall protection system.  The workers were exposed to an approximate 10 foot, 7 inch fall hazard at the front of the residence and a 16-foot fall hazard at the rear of the residence as they worked on the approximate 3:12 pitch roof without the use of an adequate fall protection system and/or fall arrest system.
