29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. On or about October 21, 2014 employees in the production area were exposed to fire and explosion hazards where the employer did not ensure that the host employer, Erosion Tech, LLC, eliminate accumulated combustible straw dust and coconut dust on elevated horizontal surfaces for the facility located at 105 Camelia Plant Road in Juliette, Georgia.
