Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 10/16/2014, workers from Revelle Roofing and Exteriors LLC were repairing a roof of a residential building located at 14 Busse Court, Wentzville MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  The foreman and three employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
